SPECIAL NOTE:

• Extra bed mandatory for child above 11 years of age.
• Child below 5 years on complimentary basis/sharing bed with parents.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

• 50% cancellation of total billing amount (inclusive of 25% Non Refundable/Transferrable advance payment) will be charged if cancelled before 15 days of arrival date.
• No refund if cancelled before or within 7 days.

BOOKING TERMS:

• 25% Advance (Non refundable/Transferrable) to confirm the booking.
• 75% Balance a month before the travel date.
• All taxes included in the above rates.
• Rates valid from 1st August to 31st October.

PAYMENT MODE:

• Cheque made out to "Hotel Zimskhang Villa".
